Where do I find the driver at Logan?We will include the airport pickup instructions in each email confirmation. Each terminal has a designated limo pick up area.
Why can't the driver come inside the terminal and help me with my luggage?This is the airport policy. All chauffeurs must remain within six feet of their vehicle.
Can the driver come into my apartment to assist me with luggage?Our chauffeurs cannot go inside a house, apartment or building to carry out luggage. They will only carry the luggage to place it inside or take it out of the trunk of our vehicles.
Can I ask the driver to stop on the way?We recommend that you notify the office of any stops that you might need on the day of the service in order to allow extra time and explain the additional charges.
Can I reschedule an existing reservation? Only if you call us way in advance ( more than 24 hours for point-to-point transfers and more than 7 days for hourly services). Our operators will check the schedule and see if we have a vehicle available for the date and time requested. If no vehicles are available, and you decide to cancel the service, a cancellation fee will be applied. Services within 24 hours ( transfers) and within 7 days (hourly) cannot be rescheduled.
How far in advance should I book the service?The sooner you make the reservation the better.
Can you hold on to our car seats until our return?Unfortunately, we can't. You can bring your own car seat and take it with you or rent one from us when available.
What do you mean by " hourly service is garage to garage?This means that the hour starts from the time the vehicle leaves our garage in Boston until it returns to our garage in ​Boston.
Is food allowed inside the car?No, you are not allowed to bring any food inside our vehicles.
Can the hourly service be split into two parts?No, all hours must be consecutive hours.
Can I open an account with you?Definitely. Just click on "register" and follow the instructions.
Can I update an existing reservation online?No. You need to call us, and we will update your reservation and send you a revised email.
What is your cancellation policy?Please check the "policy". Each type of service has its own cancellation policy.
Can you pick up a package for me and bring it to my house?No, unfortunately we can't.
Do you accept payment in foreign currency?We only accept payment in US dollar using major credit cards.
